Women's Friendship Night this Tuesday

Coming up this Tuesday, April 25th! Join us for our annual Women's Friendship Night, at 6:00 P.M.! Eleven area Lutheran churches have been invited. We will provide a buffet dinner followed by Denise Garber playing her harp. If you have any questions, see Dorothy Phillabaum or Kaye Dafler. We look forward to seeing you this Tuesday!

Community Easter Sunrise Service

These are some photos from our annual Community Easter Sunrise Service on April l6th, at Slifers Presbyterian Church. The photos of the sanctuary were taken before the service, and we also have some photos of St. Andrew people at breakfast. We thank Slifers for their hospitality for the worship service and the delicious Easter Breakfast afterward; to Pastor Todd Smith for his inspired and powerful message; and to everyone who came to praise our Risen Savior as one Church in one community!

Midweek Lent 2017 - Thank You!

A special thank you to everyone who made this year's Midweek Lenten Suppers and Services a truly special time of worship, fun, and fellowship! We wish to thank our Sunday School, Men of St. Andrew, Women of St. Andrew, Choir, and Church Council for providing their hard work in providing all our delicious meals each week. We also wish to thank all the actors who participated in this year's skits - you were all fantastic! And, most important, we want to thank everyone who came to enjoy the time of food and fellowship, and to remember how, just as God kept His promises to His people in times past, He continues to keep His promises to us today. Thank you to everyone for your part in this year's celebration of Lent!

Good Friday 2017

Join us as we remember our Lord's crucifixion and atoning death for us this coming Friday, April 14th, at 7:00 P.M. Pastor Susan Hartman and our brothers and sisters of the Farmersville United Church of Christ will also be participating in the service, and we look forward to being able to worship and praise our Savior as one family in Him.

Maundy Thursday 2017

Celebrate Maundy Thursday with us this Thursday, April 13th! We will be gathering together for a Carry-In Dinner at 6:00 P.M., with worship at 7:00 P.M. 

Join us as we remember Jesus' final night with His disciples, His admonition for us to love each other as He loves us, and His command for us to remember Him and His sacrifice for us as we eat and drink His body and blood in Holy Communion. See you on Thursday!

Dramatic Reading of the Passion Story - Thank You!

A special thank you to all of the participants in our Dramatic Reading of the Passion Story according to St. Matthew! Thank you to Tommy Arnold, David Chappell, Don Flory, Jean Flory, Pastor George Mornhinweg, Michael Seim, Rebekah Seim, and Daryl Weller, for an extremely powerful reading of the story of our Lord's death. Thank you also to our Choir for a moving Musical Meditation following the reading. To God be the praise and glory!
