At the July 20th Church Council meeting, Council approved a congregational vote on August 9th for $20,000 from the Endowment Fund.
There are three items on which we will be voting. The first vote is for $15,000 to replace the church’s failing audio and video equipment. The second vote is for $5,000 to be added to the general fund to cover the church’s operating expenses. A third vote has been requested to approve a Benevolence Disbursement for $1,500 to a neighboring church for an unforeseen emergency expense.
All confirmed voting members of our church family are invited to stay after worship for our special congregational meeting on August 9th to vote on these proposed expenditures.
