Sunday School Christmas Program December 15th!

Our annual Sunday School Christmas Program will be on Sunday, December 15th, during the worship service at 10:00 A.M.! Come see the children and youth of our congregation as they retell the story of Jesus' birth!

Inclement Weather Procedure

Since we are rapidly approaching the season where inclement weather may potentially affect our worship and event plans, the following is our policy for cancelling worship and notifying everyone in case of severe weather:

1. The decision to cancel Sunday worship services will ultimately rest with the Trustees. Once this has been decided:

2. Notifications will be sent out via the following:
- The Prayer Chains
- Email
- Via text, on the Remind app
- Alerts on the major local TV networks
- Tom Izor and Pastor Jon will make phone calls

3. Notifications will also be posted on this Facebook page, and on the church's website at standrewlcmc.blogspot.com.

4. In the event of cancellation of specific events, public notifications will only be posted on the Facebook page and on the website.

Women's Christmas Party December 7th!

Women of all ages are invited to our annual Women's Christmas Party on Saturday, December 7th, at 12:00 P.M.! Come for a time of food and friendship as we celebrate together!

Caroling this Sunday!

We gather at the church at 1:00 P.M. this coming Sunday, December 1st, to go bless our shut-ins with the songs of Christmas! Join us as we go caroling! Dinner out afterwards - you won't want to miss it!

Christmas Eve Candlelight Service December 24th!

Mark your calendars - our annual Christmas Eve Candlelight Service will be on Tuesday, December 24th, at 9:00 P.M.! Come join us as we celebrate Jesus' birthday! We will also celebrate Holy Communion: all baptized Christians are welcome and invited to the Lord's Table.

Community Thanksgiving Worship Service November 24th

Our Annual Community Thanksgiving Worship Service will be on Sunday, November 24th, at 4:00 P.M. This year, we will be gathering for worship at Slifers Presbyterian Church. Pastor Todd Smith will be preaching. Please join us as we gather together as one community to praise and thank God for all of His blessings this year.

Annual Meeting November 17th

Our Annual Meeting will be taking place on Sunday, November 17th, following the worship service. We will be holding elections and approving the congregational budget for 2020, as well as our Endowment Fund disbursements for the year. All confirmed voting members of the congregation are invited to participate.

Youth Lock-In and Youth Sunday this Weekend!

Our annual Youth Lock-In and Youth Sunday is this weekend! All ages are invited to come spend the evening together at 6:00 P.M., then, after our worship time, everyone 10 and over is invited to spend the night at the church. Our youth will then be leading worship the next morning on Sunday. Let Pastor know if you will be coming so he can get an accurate head count for pizza.

Also, we are still in need of an extra male chaperone! If you're interested, or know someone who might be, let Pastor know.
